As the controller, DSM-Firmenich (hereinafter: D-F) determines the purposes and means of processing your personal information. Delvotest Webshop B.V. (hereinafter: Delvotest), as the processor, handles the data on behalf of D-F for specific tasks, such as managing the webshop operations and supporting services. D-F acts as the controller responsible for the processing of your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This means we:

Limit our collection of personal data to only the personal data needed for legitimate purposes.

Contact

You can contact us by using our contact form, sending us an email or calling us (performance of contract).

For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

We use this information in order to be able to handle your request to contact you properly and to perform the contract with you to this end. If you contact us, your personal data will be retained until we are sure that we fully answered and correctly handled your request.

Sending our newsletter

Via our website you can subscribe to our newsletter (consent). On a periodic basis we keep you up to date with the latest articles about recent developments and product operation. For this purpose, we process your email address.

Your email address will be added to the list of subscribers. We will retain your personal data until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Each newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.

Account

To place an order on our website, you can fill out your information. We will use this to create an account, so that you can log in with those details and a password of your choice. When applying for an account, we process the following data:

We process this data based on the execution of the agreement. We delete your data shortly after you close your account. We store some of this data for a longer period of time in accordance with the statutory tax retention obligation. Once you have created an account, you will need to log in to your account to view your information. When logging in, we use the following information about you:

Delvotest®️ webshop

You can place an order via our website. When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to be able to handle it properly. We may then provide your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. For this purpose, in addition to the data in your account, we process the following additional data:

We process this data in order to be able to execute the agreement. We delete your data shortly after you close your account. The data that we need for our administration is subject to the statutory tax retention period of 7 years.

Delvotest®️ Go

We offer you the use of our application for the Delvotest®️ Go service. With this application we get insight in information such as when, what, and how you test, and the results. It helps us refine and improve our service to better fit your testing patterns and ensure timely support. By analysing this information, we can offer more personalized insights, optimize the accuracy of the service, and suggest relevant resources or updates that enhance your testing efficiency. We process data both from our application Delvotest®️ Go and our website Delvotest®️ webshop. For this purpose we process the following data:

E-mail address
Telephone number
Data about your farm operations

We process your personal data based on your consent. We use this data to keep your account secure, help with customer support, send you marketing information, and ensure your data is protected. We store this data as long as is necessary for the usage of the application. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending us an email.

Affiliate program

We organize various partnership programs. In order to be able to submit your registration, we process personal data on the basis of your consent. You can contact us by e-mail and/or phone. For this purpose, we use the following personal data:

With your permission, we use this information to handle your request properly. We store this data for as long as is necessary for your registration and participation in the program. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending us an email.

Delvotest only shares your data with third parties when this is allowed by current legislation. It may happen that we provide your personal information to third parties, because:

we have engaged them to process certain data;
we have a legal basis to this;
we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. if the police demand this in case of a suspicion of a crime).
